Description

Beautifully handmade Damascus cleaver knife with rain drop pattern on high carbon and low carbon forged stainless steel blade which is manually hammered to obtain up to 200 layers. The hardness of the blade of this meat cleaver knife is up to 58 to 60hrc on Rockwell scale. The blade will retain it's sharpness for a long time and ready for rough and tough use. The handle is made of Micarta and brass bolsters to let you experience a non-slip, comfortable grip along with greater balance for performance.
