Gentry Choice® Damascus skinning knife comes with brass and rose wood handle, while the blade is made from corrosion resistance Damascus steel in rain drop pattern. The knife is full tang and has up to 200 layers of high carbon and low carbon achieved by manually hammering. The hardness of the blade is up to 58 to 60hrc on Rockwell scale. and ensure that the blade sharpness will last long. A beautiful handmade skinning knife, ideal for kitchen, hunting, camping and professional use.
