Gentry Choice® Damascus chef knife in twisted pattern blade is crafted from 1080 high-carbon and 15N20 carbon Damascus steel using expert craftsmanship. The handle of this chef knife is made of bone and rosewood and designed for durability, non-slip, easy to clean, and comfortable to hold. The blade is full tang, and features upto 200 layers of high and low carbon steel, start to end manually hammered to achieve professional quality. The blade's hardness of 58 to 60 HRC on Rockwell scale ensure that it will maintain the sharpness for an extended period. Along with its stunning appearance, this is an ideal professional chef knife and a great idea gifting.
