Gentry Choice® Damascus boning knife comes with it's blade features a twist pattern and is crafted from high-quality Damascus steel with a full tang, comprising up to 200 layers of high and low carbon steel, start to end hammered to perfection. The blade of this butcher knife rates a Rockwell hardness of 58 to 60 HRC while the handle is made from Micarta-Pakka wood with beautifully color artwork you will love. This handmade boning knife is ideal for casual and professional use.
