The fillet knife is manually forged with up to 200 layers of high and low carbon for unmatched strength. . The knife boasts a beautiful handle built using real bone and rosewood for better grip. This full-tang chef Fillet Knife is perfect for filleting fish, preparing steaks, and various other kitchen tasks which you will love to own.
