The skinning knife features a blade made from J2 stainless steel where the handle is crafted from Micarta rosewood. The full tang blade of this kitchen knife is composed of 200 layers of high and low carbon steel, manually hammered to create a dense and durable structure. The craftsmanship of the knife ensures exceptional sharpness retention and hardness is rated 58 to 60 HRC on the Rockwell scale, promising superior performance and longevity.
