The hardness of the blade of this meat cleaver knife is up to 58 to 60hrc on Rockwell scale. The blade will retain it's sharpness for a long time and ready for rough and tough use. The handle is made of Micarta and brass bolsters to let you experience a non-slip, comfortable grip along with greater balance for performance.
