We use a variety of courier services for shipping the orders which includes Australia Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on your region to ensure faster and smoother delivery. The shipping cost significantly varies based on a number of factors like destination country, weight and size of the package. You will get free shipping or cheapest shipping cost automatically calculated at checkout. Please feel free to contact us if you are bulk buying and we might be able to get you a better shipping quote manually if your order does not qualify for free shipping.

You may return your purchase If you do not like it, change your mind or exchange for a different color or size. We only accept returns for unused items. Please ensure to return the item in original packing and with tags. Please do not over pack the item when returning it. Please note below the number of days to return your purchase as it is different for each type of item.

If you need to return your purchase, please contact us before returning it. We will create a return case for you and provide you and RMA label along with other detail that how to return the item for exchange or refund at your convenience.
Please note, we only provide a free shipping label to return an item if your return is eligible to return on our cost. We do not compensate any return cost unless we have agreed in writing and prior to your returning. Please always get in touch with us before returning an item for any reason.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 days after we have received your item and inspected it for restocking.
We do not charge any restocking fee however shipping charges paid on your order are Non-Refundable.
If you are returning an item for refund where you have received free shipping, you will be charged for the shipping charges what we paid to the courier company for their service to deliver your order. We will settle the shipping charges in your refund.
We pay return shipping costs if the return is in result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and you would like to return it for a replacement.
If you would like to return a faulty item for refund where we are able to offer a free replacement, this return will be treated as return for change of mind. Any shipping charges paid on your order in this case will be non-refundable and buyer will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
We happily exchange an item however the free shipping (where offered) only applies to first time shipment on original order. You may provide us a pre-paid bag to ship the exchanged item to you or you can chose to pay us the shipping charges to cover the cost.
If you would like to exchange for a different size or color and we are out of stock you’re your desired item, we will try our best to arrange it which may take some extra time. Otherwise, the return will be treated as refund for change of mind.
Intention to Return Policy
Intention to return is when you buy one or more items to inspect or try only and with intention to return it later even if you keep some items and returning others. We do not encourage to buy multiple sizes or colors of same item(s) to try on where intention is to return one or more items later since this causes us staying out of stock for the item(s). If for any reason, you want to buy any item to inspect or try on and return later, please get in touch with us prior to placing your order and we will try our best to facilitate you. Please note, We may charge a restocking fee depending on the product to be reserving. A flat 10% restocking fee will apply otherwise.
