Shipping to Canada
Thanks to close neighborhood and strong trade relationship between United States and Canada which enables us to deliver in Canada for less. Most standard orders to Canada deliver within 6 to 12 business days. Expedited orders from Canada deliver within 4 to 8 business days.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to Canada, United Kingdom and EU countries from our store based in the USA. If you are located elsewhere, please visit our Australia store www.gentrychoice.com.au where we accept orders from international customers and ship literally anywhere in the world.
RETURN POLICY
We understand easy return and convenient shipping plays a vital role when it comes to online shopping. Therefore we aim to provide best possible methods of handling returns and affordable shipping.We stand behind our products therefore we offer hassle free Money Back Guarantee on entire Gentry Choice product range.
You may return your purchase If you do not like it, change your mind or exchange for a different color or size. We only accept returns for unused items. Please ensure to return the item in original packing and with tags. Please do not over pack the item when returning it.
We accept returns of all our items within 30 days from the delivery date.
If you need to return your purchase, please contact us before returning it. We will create a return case for you and provide you and RMA label along with other detail that how to return the item for exchange or refund at your convenience.
Please note, we only provide a free shipping label to return an item if your return is eligible to return on our cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 days after we have received your item and inspected it for restocking.
We do not charge any restocking fee however shipping charges paid on your order are Non-Refundable.
If you are returning an item for refund where you have received free shipping, you will be charged for the shipping charges what we paid to the courier company for their service to deliver your order. We will settle the shipping charges in your refund.
We pay return shipping costs if the return is in result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and you would like to return it for a replacement.
If you would like to return a faulty item for refund where we are able to offer a free replacement, this return will be treated as return for change of mind. Any shipping charges paid on your order in this case will be non-refundable and buyer will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
We only accept returned items which are returned inunused and resellable conditions. If you return an item after use or in unsellable condition, we reserve right to decline your return.
We happily exchange an item however the free shipping (where offered) only applies to first time shipment on original order. You may provide us a pre-paid bag to ship the exchanged item to you or you can chose to pay us the shipping charges to cover the cost.
If you would like to exchange for a different size or color and we are out of stock you’re your desired item, we will try our best to arrange it which may take some extra time. Otherwise, the return will be treated as refund for change of mind.
